Not those you see in Orange County Choppers, costing $60,000, and sitting in the garage being polished, ridden only if there's sunshine, dust levels are at a minimum, and then only on the strip being admired by other posers. This is a documentary about real chopper motorcycles, and the men that make them. Don't expect a National Geographic style show (filming is at times very "relaxed"), it's mayhem at its best. Presenter Big Truth will be the first to admit it. He'll take you to Japan to see some of their chopper builders, and to a custom motorcycle exhibition. One thing that bugged me, was that the music was so loud, I had to turn down the volume, and when they started speaking, I had to turn it up again. At times, they would be staying on one topic a bit too long for my taste, but I guess it's their style. I would have preferred it when they went to visit some of the builders in Japan, that they explained a bit of the motorcycle they were showing, instead of blasting music. This DVD is not for everyone, but if you're into real choppers, and real riding, go for it, if not , forget it. Cost: US$ 19.95 Click here to access the store Read related Biker movie reviews:
