This is a very interesting DVD. The passion for Ducati is know and acknowledged worldwide, and in this DVD it is well explained. The difference between Ducati and the Japanese motorcycles is enormous, but the DVD manages to develop on it sufficiently to understand it. They compare it with the Harley-Davidson spirit, two different kind of motorcycles with a strong and passionate following. The interview of former Ducati CEO Frederico Minoli is excellent, and you can see why Ducati has gotten where it is now, thanks to the vision and management style of one single man. The DVD shows the factory and offices, the relaxed atmosphere, the bikes and the people. There's also a nice view of the Ducati museum. Looks like the perfect place to work... The 1 hour documentary is filled with all kinds of Ducati motorcycles, from the latest Hypermotard and 1098 to their very first ones. Interviews with key Ducati staff, and racers like Bayliss, alternated with photos from former years (2nd World War), make the DVD interesting for all. Want to see how a Ducati motorcycle is made? Here's your chance. They show the whole production line, where workers hand make the Ducati. Even if you don't have a Ducati, this is a great video to have. Ducati is after all a special motorcycle in a world of plastic. Click here to access the ProItalia website to buy the DVD . I highly recommend it!
