Electric motorcycle/scooter manufacturer, Vectrix , showed off some new old stuff, ie, nothing mind blowing, but still interesting. No, this is not a celebrity, or a mafia boss, but the Vectrix CEO, who apparently has stepped down. Currently they are mass producing their standard electric scooter at a rate of 2,000 per year, but should be stepping it up. Their standard electric scooter has received a cargo bay: This allows the motorcycle to be used for couriers and small freight companies (not small companies, but companies that have small freight..). The prototype three wheeler was on display. Looking very much like the MP3, they are still looking at mass producing it. They also have a version with a canopy, to keep you out of the rain. The most interesting development is Vectrix's "Super Bike", an electric sports motorcycle. With a very futuristic design, the bike would not look out of place in a Hollywood Sci-Fi movie. If there are 100 signed orders for this €50,000 motorcycle, it will be produced. The electric sports motorcycle is capable of 200 kph, and a quarter mile will take 12 seconds. So, if you're interested, head over to Vectrix, and order one...
