Ducati  were holding their press conference on Monday very close in time to Honda's, and both were in Milan city, and quite a way apart. I was planning to first go to Ducati and then try to rush to Honda, but since that morning, photos of the Panigale were posted on the internet, thanks to some dealer who was at the presentation the day before (I suppose), I decided to give the Ducati launch a miss, and head for Honda.
So today I went back to the Ducati stand, to make some photos of the new super-superbike, or is it the megasportsbike from Ducati, the 1199 Panigale.
So here it is with my own photos.
Ooops, that's not the 1199 Panigale, that's Rossi's MotoGP bike.
Here it is. You can just see that they have shaved off every bit of fat, and that the motorcycle is as lean as it ever will be.
I don't know which one is prettier and sexier?
Doesn't the fuel tank look banged up, full of dents??
