This year's Eicma is one of the busiest I've been to, with Tuesday back-to-back conferences, and Monday, usually only used by Ducati, has three press conferences, and none are at the Exhibition hall, but as far away from each other, and only a little time to go from one to the other.
I was planning to attend the new Ducati supersports bike launch, but since the photos were leaked by apparently some dealer who attended the pre-launch, it makes little sense for me to drag myself to the other side of town. So instead I'll do the Honda one later on the day.
The manufacturers and exhibition organizers still no not recognize that we not only make a big effort to get here, but it's also very expensive. If a) the information is leaked out, and b) they don't plan the schedule properly, we might as well stay at home.
