Yesterday, KTM surprised a lot of people with two big developments. Yes, I know I wasn't going to write about it for now, but here are some of the photos with no technical specs. I'l sure you read about it on other sites, so I'll not bother you with it (to be honest, I forgot the press kits in my hotel room...). KTM 350 SX-F It's a gutsy move to bring out a cross motorcycle in the 350cc range, in between the 250 and 450 class. The frame is a complete new design, with an extra light steel tubing. The suspension is newly developed with the KTM PRO_LEVER Linkage system and new WP monoschock. The engine is electrically started, with an optional kick starter. 125 Stunt Concept Making a 125cc stunt motorcycle is an incredible idea, since in Europe at least, the 125 cc market is enormous. People who have had a car license for at least 2 years are allowed to ride a 125cc - 15 hp limited - motorcycle without requiring to take a special, and very difficult, motorcycle exam. Most 125's are quite boring, many are simple scooters. To have an exiting motorcycle like the stunt concept available in 125cc is a marketing stroke of genius. Same motorcycle, different color.
