	Extra Protection For Your Motorcycle 23 May 2008   File under  New Products   Author: Mike Werner   Location: Travelling Even if you have a garage, your motorcycle is going to get dust and dirt, and if you've got a $60,000 Ducati, it just will not do.. And what to do if you don't have garage? You might have a plot of land, a garden or something similar where you park your motorcycle. But if it rains, your butt is going to get wet... motorcycle and scooters best sleep dry! Italian Moto Box   have a neat solution. They have two products; the Tunnel and the Snail Shell (Chiocciola). The Chiocciola is quite neat. It's a collapsable shell that expands over your motorcycle, offering a good weather protection, while minimizing space. Anchor the shell into the ground like you would a tent, and you're in business. Roll in your motorcycle, and haul the cover over the bike. A couple of seconds worth of work, and your motorcycle is protected, nice and dry. It's not cheap, but it does look effective, even if you're to protect your precious and expensive bike in a garage. Price: €581 for small bikes to €741 for big touring bikes. Different colors exist (even camo colored, great for hiding your motorcycle in the forest). The tunnel version is bigger, and takes up more space. €540 for medium sized motorcycles, up to €785 for big models. They even cater for quads.
