It reads like a scope, and it is, kind-of. There will be an electric Ducati motorcycle presented at EICMA on Tuesday. The Ducati Cucciolo, the name of one of Ducati's first ever motorcycles, will be electric, pedal-assisted, and not made by Ducati. It will be made by Italwin.

The model that will be presented will loosely resemble the old Ducati Cucciolo, The red bike has an aluminium frame, and the battery is placed in the rear, giving it a classic bicycle look. You can pedal yourself, you can let the electric engine get you to your destination, or you can do both.

No photos are yet available, not even leaked ones, so you'll have to wait until 16:45 on Tuesday.

In the mean time you can visit Italwin and have a look at their other bikes.
