Bookmark this. The oil barrel will, according to the experts, reach US$200; for sure. It's a question of time. And when it does, even the least gas guzzling motorcycle will cost you dearly to run. So in anticipation of that event, here's a motorized-cycle that will help you get around town. The Derringer  !
The Derringer is a beautifully designed "bicycle" with an engine. You can either pedal away without any assistance, or use the Honda 50cc engine to go to Starbucks (if they are still in business) for your coffee.
Depending on usage, you get between 150 to 180 mpg! Try that on your motorcycle. The bike can exceed speeds of 35 mph, the manufacturer even quotes 40 depending on the country's legislation.
