According to ASNAV (an organization that promotes better eyesight for drivers), 8 million, out of the 20 million car and motorcycle drivers have a bad or badly corrected eyesight.
According to ASNAV, you need to have good peripheral vision in order to ride your motorcycle (or car), and they deem it a good idea for you to see an optician on a regular basis to evaluate your eyesight. Their slogan is "At the wheel, your sight is your life".
1. It sounds good, but then ASNAV is an organization of opticians, therefore self-serving.
2. Why are the 8 million bad seeing French car drivers always driving where I am riding my motorcycle?
