France: For The Lazy Ones, Have Your Motorcycle Cleaned |

This is a first here in France (though not in the world). A company based in Paris that offers a full cleaning service for your motorcycle. Cars can go to one of many gas stations and have their car cleaned, outside, but often also inside, but us motorcycle riders, too lazy or busy to clean, are left out to dry.
Now at least there's one company that is coming to the rescue. Called Clean-Bike  , they are located at 142, boulevard Murat  in the 16th district of Paris (the posh area).
They're not expensive, considering that a motorcycle has a lot of small places that need to be cleaned. A basic cleaning (cleaning, drying) will cost €15, a more comprehensive cleaning (cleaning, drying, hand finish and tire pressure) will set you back €25, and for €35 you get all of this, plus buffeting of the bike.
For an additional €2 they will clean the inside of your topcase, or for another €2, they'll grease your chain. However, if you've got a Gold Wing, you'll be charged €10 more, and if you've got a Harley-Davidson, you'll be spending €15 more.
If you want your scooter or motorcycle completely renovated, they'll do that too, but it'll take longer, and it's more expensive. Scooters will cost €150, right up to a Gold Wing or custom which will cost you €200. For that, you'll not be able to use the bike for the day, but they will loan out a courtesy 125cc scooter for the day so you can still get around.
I know that there are many of you who are going to say that cleaning your bike is part of the fun of owning a motorcycle. It's therapeutic & calming, a moment of Zen during a hectic week. But there are also many people who ride a motorcycle or scooter for transportation/business. They're not into "loving" their bike, but still want it cleaned.
