As is the case with all big motorcycle events in France, the Federation of Angry French Bikers (FFMCFederation Francaise des Motards en Colere - Angry French Biker Association, an association of bikers fighting for the rights of motorcycle riders), together with the government, has put into place several rest areas for those of you going to the MotoGP on your motorcycle.

- A28 between Saint Christopne sur le Nais and Le Mans and between Alençon and Le Mans
- A28 between Rouen and Alencon.
And please remember, that this is the moment that the Police will be out on big numbers trying to get their speeding ticket quotas.
