There's no doubt anymore, but gas prices are rising, and they are going to stay that way. Cheap petrol does not exist anymore, even in countries that don't tax at the pump. Riding your motorcycle has never been so expensive, and the bad news, unless you're riding an electric motorcycle, gas is going to get more and more expensive.
But even with this expensive liquid, there are always differences in price depending on which gas station you go to. Oil companies still male obscene profits, and often the margins they have are high. So the only way to ensure that you pay a "fair" price is to allow competition to play. This means some research. You'll find on a particular city, there's always some gas stations that are cheaper than others. It's just a question of knowing where to look.
To help you find a pump that has cheaper fuel, here's a list of sites that specialize in listing fuel prices. Each country is obviously different, and in non-English speaking countries, the sites are usually in only their own language, but finding the info is not that difficult. Usually it means drilling down to the city in question before you can see the price at the pump (or is it pimp?).
