Wind-Power-Helmet
Not only are our motorcycle electricity hungry, but so are our accessories.

GPS, music, intercom, phones, walkie-talkie, expresso machines: you name it. They all use electricity. When you plug your devices into our motorcycle's 12V system, it'll use a bit more fuel. You'll probably not notice it, but over many months of riding, it'll make a slight difference on your gasoline budget.

Malaysian designer Wai Hoong Leng, has come up with an interesting way of charging your accessories while riding your motorcycle. He's placed a mini wind turbine inside a helmet.

This way, the more you ride, the more you charge your batteries. It's kind of a closed loop. The more you ride, the more you need electricity, the more you'll charge your batteries....

His design was submitted for a Greener Gadgets Design Competition. It's a design competition that is awarding design that make life not only easier, but also greener, ecological.

He's not going to win any prize, but the concept is interesting.
