A 46 year old motorcycle rider was fined by the local cops in Munich for not wearing his seat belt. However, he did have his helmet on. He is now fined €53....
The motorcycle rider has now involved his lawyer in what appears to be a stupid mistake by the local authorities.
It's quite often that cops don't know the laws they are supposed to enforce. I myself have had several occasions that the cops did not know the special laws that are applied to motorcycle riders, and have had my day in court to prove me right....
... but this is really weird....
