Some countries have strange laws. Ghana  , in Africa, is one of them. The Police force have stated that motorcycles riding after 20:00 (8 PM) will be stopped for interrogation. This because of the large number of thefts perpetrated by thieves on motorcycles at night.
The head of the local cops has stated that the Police can confiscate any motorcycle riding after eight o'clock at night.
Unfortunately for the Police, it's not a law, i.e., it's not legislation that was voted and passed by the law makers, but just something that the local plods dreamed up. According to the law makers, scolars and politicians, it's not the role of the Police to create laws, just to enforce them.
But them ... the Police carry guns, and the politicians don't... so we all know who's going to win that battle. 
Stupid law...
