This is great news, for me, and I hope for you. The Fiat Yamaha team (Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo's - Twitter -team) have invited me to attend the French MotoGP 2010 race as their guest blogger. Others have been invited to previous races, notably David Emmett from MotoMatters.com , and have done a great job reporting from the race. The Fiat-Yamaha team, an organization that understands the use of the internet like no other organization (read my rant about it - click here ), have kindly asked me to attend the race. But, as those of you who have been reading my articles from past events will know, I'm not going to do what others have done. In other words, I'm not planning to spend much time reporting on the race. I will obviously write up some articles about the race, but mostly, I'll be concentrating on writing about what goes on around the race. With help of the good PR people of the Fiat-Yamaha team, I'll be writing about the team itself in a series of articles and photos. I'll be talking about the folks who you rarely see mentioned in magazines or on TV; the people who make it happen. I'll be heading over on Thursday 20 May, so expect articles that evening. You'll be able not only to follow me on this site, with a series of articles starting Thursday, but also occasionally a photo posted in Facebook and/or on Twitter . Obviously, you'll also be able to follow what is happening on the Fiat-Yamaha Web site & Facebook page: Click here to access the Fiat-Yamaha team web site Click here to access the Fiat-Yamaha Facebook page Click here to access the Fiat-Yamaha team Twitter page
