Remember the guy who got caught riding on his Suzuki motorcycle at 122 mph, in the rain, with his 14 year old son holding on to the back seat {link}? He got sentenced today in the UK. The judge handed him a stiff sentence; 6 months jail! He also got banned from driving for 18 months.
The biker had just picked up his son from his mother's house (they're divorced), and had started, despite the wet road conditions, accelerating in the bend, towards 122 mph.
The kid was holding on to the rear seat, and had no protective trousers or gloves (not that it would matter much at that speed). The road had a maximum speed of 60 mph.
