Riding your motorcycle to the usual places gets a bit boring. Riding your motorcycle to unknown areas, with different cultures and people, different scenery, rules and food can be very rewarding. Adventure riding, going to unknown places is great, but can be very daunting. A way of lessening the blow, is join up with a local motorcycle outfit.

is based in the beautiful Prague, Czech Republic

. That whole area, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Germany and Slovakia is amazing. Rich in scenery, people and food. It's an area crying out for a motorcycle holiday.

Motorbike Ventures can rent you a motorcycle, and help you get to these places. They'll help with the hotels and camping, providing you with all the info you need. Rental prices start at around €65 per day (for a Honda CB500) and go up to €112 per day. So not that bad.

They don't have motorcycle tours in the classical sense. Normally they don't charge for a tour, since it's not 100% a tour. All you pay is your rental and accommodation. There is a fixed route, and there's even mechanic available. You can even ask for a weekend trip¨. In June, they are organizing a trip to the infamous Erzberg Rodeo, world's toughest enduro. So, if you have always wanted to see this crazy race but didn't want to do it on your own, here's your chance..

Motorbike Ventures is also preparing a three week off-road trip to Russia in September.

They do speak English, since one of them is American (Hilary is from California)..
