The A-10 Thunderbolt II AKA the "Warthog" is a comabt airplane loved and hated by ground force soldiers. Loved by those that were saved when the air-to-ground airplane bombs the living daylights out of the enemy, and hated by those soldiers on the receiving side of the Warthog. The Warthog is a combat airplane that can take lots of hits, and still keep on flying. Indestructible! In that spirit, Icon produced a motorcycle helmet called the Domain 2 Warthog. A light weight composite shell, multiple ram air ducts, fully removable comfort interior, and a fog free quick change shield--but goes one step further by including Icon's new Proshield sytem. With a shield lock and sideplates, the Proshield is ready to keep you locked down and looking good. With a military look and paintings & decals, the helmet would look great in a sequel to TopGun. To mark the helmet's introduction, Icon commissioned the Warthog motorcycle.
The Kawasaki ZX-10 not only received the necessary paint job. The paint and decals match the helmet, so having both would be nice. But they also added a few necessities. First, and IMHO foremost, a nice and handy Gatling gun mounted in the front. Very handy when riding through dense traffic. A 2 second push on the gun, and no more dense traffic. If the machine gun doesn't get them, try the onboard 800 watt MTX audio system. Play some Britney Spears, and traffic will part like the Red Sea in front of Moses. The dash has an 8" LCD screen. You can watch your favorite shows, but you can also use it to watch the burning SUVs with help of the rear view video camera. Make sure no SUVs are left untouched! If the enemy are ganging up on you, the 188 HP engine will get you out of trouble in no time. Hit the throttle, and away you go. Unfortunately the dreaming stops here. The motorcycle is not for sale. But the helmet is! Price: US$390. Video: A-10 Warthog and Icon Warthog (2 minutes 11 seconds) To make matters even better (or worse), here's a video with both Warthogs.
