Here is a good idea that has left the crowd-funding site Kickstarter with a load of money and now is selling the product. The product is like a Swiss Army knife of loading ramps.

Shark Cage Ramp 1

Called the Shark Kage Open Shark Kage link in a new window, it's primary a motorcycle loading ramp, allowing you to load your motorcycle onto a trailer or truck. The ramp can hold up to 1200 lbs of weight.

But wait, there's more. Its also pickup truck bed extender, giving you a bit more room to place bulky items in your pickup that you don't want to lose when driving around.

But wait, there's even more. You can fold up the ramp and turn it into a cargo box. Now you have a nice metal box to store your junk in when driving around in your pickup. No stuff rolling around the truck's cargo bed. Everything nicely packed inside this metal box.

But wait, there is even still more to this Swiss Army knife. You can fold it out and cover the pickup cargo bay, turning it into a cover so things don't jump out at the first speed bump. Of course it's not rainproof, it'll let anything through, but your bigger stuff is protected from jumping out.

You'll not believe it, but there's even more. You can turn it into a work table, allowing you to work on your motorcycle without having to bend down to do your repairs.

And finally, believe it or not, there is one more thing it can do. Place a cover over the ramp and use it as a sun shade while you watch the other work ride.

For some of these activities you will need some accessories which are not included in the price.

And the price? US$699.95 (if you had helped fund the project in Kickstarter, it would have cost you US$399).
