If you're going to be in L.A. on the 22nd of September, why not drop in on our buddies at Pro Italia  . They're throwing a 20th anniversary bash on Saturday (20th anniversary of the dealership, not the dealer himself  ).
Pro Italia are the USA's largest Ducati dealer (and MV Agusta). During the weekend they'll be showing a vintage Italian bike show, raffles, prizes and giveaways, tech demonstrations, gear vendors, custom builder displays, brollie girls, food, PI racers and as many of the old staff, founders, early regulars that they can drag off the sofa!
They'll have the Ducati North America Duc Truck in attendance to offer demo rides on Ducati's brilliant motorcycles. And for the next week or so they'll have a Ducati Desmosedici MotoGP GP4 race bike on display in the shop! Events for the 22nd will begin around 11am with Cafe Desmo bike show voting wrapping up by 3pm and winner announced by 4ish.
Sunday the 23rd will be slightly calmer, but Pro Italia will be open and awash in an anniversary glow and the Duc Truck will still be around offering demo rides.
