This is so incredible it's probably true. Back in 2009, in India, the country with the highest mortality rate on the roads, a judge has granted a special motorcycle license to a 3 year old kid. Kid? More a baby at that age.

The "only" restriction the kid had, is that he is not allowed to ride his motorcycle on a busy road - alone. The proud father adapted the controls of a Royal Enfield motorcycle so that the 3 year old could ride it. Of course he can't stop while on the bike, since he's not tall enough.
I wonder if the kid is still alive?
