Extreme motorcycle brutality can be found anywhere, but doing it on camera like this makes the Rodney King film look like a walk in the park.
In Bihar, India  this is what the motorcycle Police do to you if you're caught stealing a purse. Imagine what they'll do if you get caught jay walking..
