Despite not having anything new (they'll probably shows all new stuff at EICMA in Milan, Italy), Ducati managed to still give a buzz with their latest announcement; all new motorcycles bought as off now in Europe, will be delivered with a high-end Dainese back protector, free of charge.
But I'm running ahead of myself. Back to the show. First, eye candy:
Yes, she is pretty. Right.... back on topic...
As I mentioned, when the CEO of Ducati (Gabriele Del Torchio) did his speech, he mentioned that Ducati are a firm believer in keeping its customers alive, and to help the European Union (FEMA and co) save 25,000 lives, as off now, every new Ducati ordered, will receive, free, a top of the line Dainese back protector. This is for EUROPE only....
It's easy to say that you are supporting the "Save 25,000 Lives" in Europe, but actions speak louder than words, and in this case, Ducati's actions are shouting! Bravo.
Here's the new Ducati Monster 1100 S. It's not exactly a surprise, since its photos and test reports have been circulating.
But... it's beautiful, and if I had the space, I would love to have it (look what followed me home..)
This is the big, new, GT 1000 Touring motorcycle. Big and bulky.
And for the Ducati 1100 Multistrada aficionados (me), here's the new color for the series; white.
The white version of the Multistrada can only be obtained in the "S" version.
That's it for the time being for Ducati. More to come, don't stray...
