Senator and ex-Presidential hopeful, John Kerry  , is a man who has told anyone who would listen, that he loves motorcycles. Before his Presidential run, he could be seen riding Ducati and BMW motorcycles, and when the campaigning started, he switch to Harley-Davidson.
Now, the Senator took a ride on the all electric Vectrix scooter/motorcycle.
Okay ... so he's only a Senator... he doesn't know the rules of the state. Massachusetts {link} and Rhode Island {link} both have mandatory helmet laws! Is the photo proof enough for the Police to fine him??
Anyway, I do think it's good that he's seen riding one of these electric, non-polluting, scooters.
