I don't know why you'd want to kill a good motorcycle in order to make a car out of it, but there you go. Russ Bost in the UK did exactly that. He took the engine from a Kawasaki motorcycle, and turned it into a Formula One replica. The only difference with real F1 cars, this one is street legal. But it does go 170 mph, so it's anything but slow. Apart from the Kawasaki engine, he used an old Toyota MR2 and some other parts. Aside from the impressive top speed, the car, dubbed Furore F1, is capable of doing 0 - 60 mph in 3 seconds! As far as mileage goes, it's not even close to the F1 counterparts - he can do 30 miles to the gallon. There's even room for a passenger and groceries ... try that in a F1 car. Not bad, even if he had to sacrifice a motorcycle engine. Maybe Kawasaki should consider this, and enter F1 racing. Click here to see more photos of the Kawasaki F1 car .
