If you're learning how to ride a motorcycle at this moment, and live in Europe, FEMA are calling for you. According to the European motorcycle lobby group, there are now some 313 million motorcycle riders on the planet. But according to the OECD, there's a lack of experience and inappropriate training for new riders, resulting in many crashes. FEMA , ACEM , FIM and CIECA (the international commission for driver testing authorities) are therefore conducting a survey of trainee riders, called BikeSafety 2009. Fill in the form, and send it in before March 22nd. There are some interesting questions.... A jury composed of CIECA, FIM, ACEM and FEMA will decide on the winners in early April. Winners will receive their awards at CIECA's BikeSafety 2009 workshop at the ADAC Rhein-Main training centre near Frankfurt, Germany on June 15 2009. The survey form is in English, French or German, and you stand the chance of winning a Suzuki SIXteen 150cc scooter, a guided tour of the MV Agusta factory in Italy (including the trip), 2 tickets to the MotoGP of your choice or 2 tickets to the SuperBike race of your choice.
