After the Dynamic Duo's (McGregor/ Boorman) epic ride through Africa on their BMW Motorcycles {link}, another duo is looking at riding their motorcycles through Africa. It's none other than Prince William  and Prince Harry from the British Royal Family.
The idea came to Harry after seeing the Long Way Down, and since he's involved with a HIV/Aids victim charity in Lesotho, and both of them are keen motorcycle riders, the idea seemed just about right.
Like the Dynamic Duo who rode their motorcycle with a convoy of support trucks, the two Royals will not only need support, but also an extensive security detail. Africa is not exactly a safe area to go riding a motorcycle, and being two prime targets, their security forces must be tearing out the hairs of their heads. For a 1,000 mile trip, the security bill would be £100,000.
No definite agenda or itinerary have been set.
So who knows, maybe we will be seeing Long Way Down part 2....
