As most of you know, I have been very lucky to have been invited by the Fiat Yamaha team  to attend the French MotoGP as their guest. Though I spent the time reporting on everything but the racers and their motorcycles, I did manage to go on the track once a shoot some photos during the FP1.
Here are 35 photos of many of the motorcycles. I have never photographed high speed motorcycles, most races I've covered where off-road, so the speeds are much lower, and I am much closer, and since I don't have a 2 meter long lens, I had a steep learning curve.
So have a look at my first attempt at photographing high speed race motorcycles. What do you think?? Don't give up my day job? Let me know what you think of the photos.
