And here you were, thinking that motorcycle riders are tough as nails, don't cry and the only place you'll find romance is in their dictionary (if they have one). Well,a ccording to a survey run by Progressive Insurance Company  , it's the opposite.
Surveying 1,100 male bikers, it was found that bikers were more likely to be hopeless romantic than our non-biking counterparts. According to the survey, we tend to shed a tear when our heart gets broken!
Ditto for when we have children. We're more likely to turn on the waterworks when a child is born.
Tattoos are for the tough? Yes, but us bikers are more likely to have tattoos that are sentimental, like our loved ones, saying things like "Love MOTHER" instead of "KILL" and "HATE".
So there you go. We may look tough in our Power Ranger suits, helmets and loud motorcycles, but underneath, we're just plain old fashioned romantics.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm off to watch re-runs of Dallas. I've got a box full of paper hankies ready...
