Score: Plot: 3 Acting: 2 Visual: 3 Sound: 3 Nudity: None Gore: None | Woow, a movie where the bikers are the good guys, and the squares the bad ones. Motorcycle bikers and hippies united to stand against the "normal" people. You don't get to see that often in a movie. But is the cure not deadlier than the disease? The story is a bit lame though, full of holes, with some pretty bad acting. Released in 1970, the movie has some biker actors like Larry Bishop and Don Stroud. The plot is obviously very thin, where a biker gang comes to the rescue of a hippie community, just because a former leader of the gang has settled down there (which on its own is way out there). The opening sequence is a bit strange. Two biker gangs fighting on neutral territory, but if you look closely at their patches, they are all the same gang... Plot: Angel is the biker who joins a commune of hippies near a small town. When the town rednecks attack them, Angel calls up some of his bad biker buddies to exact revenge. Quotes: "It's like asking a degenerate to look after your kids" "Watching so much activities, a person can really get pooped" "You don't need to learn how to fight, you need to learn how to run"."You gave up motorcycles for parsley?" "Private crisis, or may I join?" Verdict: Not bad, not great movie, but watchable. Substitute the bikers with cowboys on horses, and you know what the movie is all about. Nice use of a cattle prod in the movie, but come on, bikers teaching the hippies how to fight... how corny. But it does have some funny moments. Watch the trailer below.
