Score: Plot: 4 Acting: 4 Visual: 5 Sound: 5 Nudity: A Lot Gore: Very | Watching Hell Ride is like watching Kill Bill on motorcycles. The whole setup is identical, including music, graphics and characters. Oh yeah, some of the actors in Hell Ride starred in Kill Bill too (Larry Bishop who also directed the movie, Michael Madsen , David Carradine ). Only thing missing was Uma Thurman... Instead of swords we've got arrows. All that from Quentin Tarantino who produced the movie... Of course, any motorcycle movie will have Dennis Hopper in it, so that's a given. It's funny though to see Hopper on an Indian sidecar. Nevertheless, it's an interesting movie. Lots of bloody action. The story line is about 1%er biker gang war, and the obvious going-for-revenge. It's not an original story, but done in the Tarantino way:... blood, action, blood, sex, blood, drugs, blood, music and sex. Lots of riding motorcycles going on. And lots of blood, bucket loads. If you liked Kill Bill, you'll like this movie. Think of it as a "Sons of Anarchy {link}" on steroids. A lot of motorcycles, from golden oldies, like Indian, to present day choppers. If blood, gore and totally naked female bodies upset your sensitivities, watch "The Sound of Music". On the down side, the movie does jump a lot in time frames, up & down the past to present. Also the ending leaves a bit to be desired; a bit strange and un-fulfilling. You also need to get used to the characters and the gangs they belong to, a tad confusing at times. The line I liked the most? "Want to f*#k? Trust me, after I give you the bad news, you ain't going to want to f*#k; ever again". Click here to read more about it, and see some photos .
