The famous (or notorious) 1%-er motorcycle gang, the Hells Angels, are on a roll. For a long time, they were being arrested, sued, taken to prison, harassed and tracked down. But it looks like they've turned the shoes around, and have started kicking butt. After bringing big corporations like Saks Fifth Avenue, Zappos, McQueen (article ), Disney (article ) and Marvel Comics to the courts, they got their next target in their crosshairs; Amazon . The Hells Angles are suing Amazon for a T-shirt they have on sale, that says "My boyfriend is a Hells Angel", and a logo that loosely resembles the Hells Angles logo. The Hells Angels logo is trademarked, so Amazon doesn't stand a chance. In the mean time, Amazon have removed the t-short from sales. But now the question is, are they taking Amazon to court because of a trademark infringement, or because of bad taste? I mean, would you want to see your club's name splattered over a tasteless and FUGLY t-shirt?
