Smoking on the scooter
The little Italian protectorate, San Marino Click for map, have since last Monday a new law stating that you are no longer allowed to ride (or drive) while smoking.

The new law states that a person can only maintain control of his/her vehicle with both hands on the steering wheel (or handle bars).

The new interdiction falls under the "phoning-while-driving", "not-having-seatbelt-on" and "riding-without-a-helmet". If caught, you get fined €100.

Now, if you think this doesn't apply to motorcycle riders, think again. Go to Italy, and check out San Marino....

What's next?? No coffee drinking while riding? Confused Smiley
