There are a lot of ways to protect your motorcycle or scooter from being stolen, but somehow I don't think this is going to catch on. It's original, that's for sure, but still, thieves can just lift the whole thing onto a truck.

The design is a concept by Spanish designer Marc Graells Ballve Open link in a new window. Interesting, but not very practical.

Called Project 486, it does give you a built-in rain/snow cover for when your motorcycle/scooter sleeps in the street.
