Helmets, like motorcycles, often show you more about the owner than anything else. Riding a sports motorcycle, cruiser, etc, it tells a lot about you. The same can be said about helmets. Integral, dark visors, bunny ears, etc, it shows a glimpse in the soul of the wearer.
So what do these helmets tell you;
The helmets are on sale on Craiglist  , and have been made by a Brazilian artist. Though the helmets are DOT approved, I wouldn't give a nickel for your safety... But for $99 per helmet, you too can scare the bejezus out of anyone on the freeway.
