Europe is anything but unified, particularly with rules. Motorcycling laws don't escape this, so each European country has its own rules & regulations. Here is a look at what you need to know about riding motorcycle in Spain:

1. Mirrors

It is mandatory to have at least one mirror on your motorcycle, at that one requires to be on the left side.

2. Parallel Riding

It is illegal to ride parallel with another motorcycle. If riding with other motorcycles you need to stagger the formation. The only time you are allowed to be parallel with another motorcycle is when you overtake one.

3. Tire Thread

Believe it or not, there is no minimum thread requirement for your motorcycle tires, in contrast with cars. They should be sufficient thread for a good grip.

4. Parking

It is illegal to park on a sidewalk.
