It's one of those "inventions" that you can't imagine we've haven't had for years. What do you do with your helmet after your motorcycle ride? Most of us leave it on the motorcycle, in a closet, table or, like me, on a cupboard. When I go for a ride, I end up looking for a helmet, the gloves (usually somewhere else) and the other paraphernalia associated to riding. The Helmet Hammock from Two Wheel Addiction looks like the solution to many problems. It's a storage system for helmets, that not only store the helmet, but gloves, sunglasses, keys, etc. You can even hook up two Helmet Hammocks together if you have more than one helmet. Since the Helmet Hammock is suspended from a pole, you can even place multiple hammocks next to each other. You can hang as many helmets are you want, as long as you have the space. It should be an idea service for biker bars, restaurants and hotels. Anyplace bikers hang out, they could offer this to their customer. Imagine going to your local watering hole, normally you need put your helmet on the ground, or on an empty chair, but something like this would make it so much easier. The Helmet Hammock can accommodate full face helmets sizes XS to XL. With magnets on the 45° mounted hammock (the 45° allows your helmet to remain sitting in the hammock in case you bump into it), and velcro, means you can attach a variety of accessories and clothing to the side of the hammock. The system looks very useful in a garage, not matter how big or small the garage. No pricing or availability information is available as off yet, but since the company is on the expo circuit, I'd say it's imminent. You got to wonder how we managed to live without this nifty invention. Click here to access the Two Wheel Addiction site .
