Current F1 world champion, German Sebastian Vettel Open link in a new window is the latest to be seduced by the world of powered two wheels. Following in the footsteps of his former team mate, Kimi Raikkonen Open link in a new window, or maybe from the motorcycle adventures of former Formula One God Michael Schumacher Open link in a new window, Sebastian Vettel has opted for the same designer of sexy and fast motorcycle choppers, his countryman Marcus Walz Open link in a new window.

Other F1 racers include (the list is bigger) Ayrton Senna Open link in a new window, David Coulthard Open link in a new window, Emerson Fittipaldi Open link in a new window, Jacky Ickx Open link in a new window, Juan Pablo Montoya Open link in a new window, Mika Hakkinen Open link in a new window, and of course the only man to have won both F1 and MotoGP titles, John Surtees Open link in a new window.

Vettel has commissioned Marcus Walz to customize the AvalancheMarcus Walz Avalanche Chopper, a chopper based on a 120 hp engine and a total length of 1780 mm. The custom motorcycle will be presented to him during the Italian Grand Prix in September.

Cost? A mere €100,000! Chomp change of a World Champ. His F1 car will probably come close to the sensations his new motorcycle will give him.
