It looks like India has not felt the full effect of the economic downturn, or maybe it has. Motorcycles sales has never been this good in the country of great curries.
Suzuki Motorcycles India  have announced they are increasing their annual production capacity to 300,000 motorcycles and scooters by the end of the year. They are currently producing 12,000 units per month, which will go up to 25,000 by March next year.
That is a lot of two wheelers. Good for them, at least there's some good news. You can see why all the major motorcycle manufacturers want to establish themselves in India.
