The Swiss cops until now were not able to test drug use for car and motorcycle riders. Any suspect that was behaving erratically (who isn't when confronted with cops?) and was negative for the Breathalyzer was sent to the central police offices for drug testing.

Now the police in Geneva  and its province are equipped with the Drugwipe5s equipment, allowing them with a swipe of some saliva and a few minutes worth of patience, to determine whether the driver was riding until influence.

But... they are not going to use the Drugwipe5s for every suspected stop. It's too expensive, since each wipe cost SFR50 (about €40). Only if the driver can not be analyzed for alcohol usage and remains erratic will the cops use the equipment.

And if the person is found to be positive for soft or hard drugs, they are sent to the central office for further drug testing by a doctor, since the Drugwipe5s is not a legal instrument for determining drug usage, in contrast with Breathalyzers, which are legal.

So there you go, if you plan to ride your motorcycle in or around Geneva and you plan to do drugs, you have been warned!
