Here's an interesting way of taking your four legged friend (I mean your dog) with you when riding your motorcycle (or scooter in this case)...
Hmmmm how did he manage to get the dog to do this??? 
Betcha nobody tries to scooter-jack his ride...
Neither of them have helmets (though there's one hanging behind the scooter). Bad Boy!!
