Most women are more fashion conscious then men, it's a fact. They want to look good, even when riding a motorcycle, and I can't blame them. More and more motorcycle clothing are appearing that are tailored to the female gender. But the one area that just doesn't change is the helmet. The only thing manufacturers do to please their female clientele is make the helmet pink. But that is about to change if Daniel Don Chang has his way. Daniel is a designer, and taking inspiration by the Sixties Mod Era hair style many models had, he went off and designed a motorcycle/scooter helmet that will look good on women. The hair style gave way to the Luxy helmet. The Luxy helmet is a concept, or more a design art and you'll not find it at your local helmet store, but who knows, maybe some enterprising manufacturer sees the market. Personally, I think it looks good. It's not a perfect protection, but offer far more protection than the beanie helmets... right? Click here to see more info on the Luxy helmet
