Police forces around the world can be very creative to either catch us in the act of speeding, or to get us to slow down.
In Belgium , we've seen speed cameras disguised as garbage cans, in France there have been cardboard cutouts of Gendarmes {link}, in the USA, they use cardboard cutouts of children playing next to the road {link}.
Here are two photos of a fellow motorcycle blogger, Musings of an Intrepid Commuter  , who when riding around Salem, USA saw this:
From a distance, you'll be going "Wooooooooow, slow down, Smoky up ahead"....
But closer, you'll see:
Fooled you...
In all honesty, the car was not put there by the local Police, but by a home owner...
