This is pretty pathetic. Jeremy Newcombe borrowed a Harley motorcycle from Eric Hofer. Nothing special to report, happens all the time. But Jeremy crashed the motorcycle, went over a guardrail and down a ravine, receiving several serious injuries in the process. You'd think that Eric, as owner of the motorcycle, would sue Jeremy for wrecking his motorcycle. But no.... it's the other way round. Jeremy has filed suit against Eric since Jeremy does not have a license, has never taken a course and has no experience riding a motorcycle. Pathetic! Next time you let one of your friends ride your motorcycle, you'll need to check their license, see if they have any experience, call you lawyer and get a legal do-no-sue-document signed by your friend (and witness) and then hope & pray that nothing happens and things do end up in court anyway. Pathetic! It's a pretty bad show when lawyers accept to take things like this into court. I hope Eric counter sues, and takes Jeremy to the cleaners. Pathetic!
