Whether you are for it, or against it, having young children as pillion on a motorcycle is often a heated topic of discussion. In the Lone Star state of Texas, politicians have decided to do something about it. They have introduced a law, called HB 537, that prohibits children under the age of 5 to be on a motorcycle (unless it's a sidecar). If you get caught, you will be fined US$100 to US$200. Apparently, the law does state that you can carry a child under the age of 5 if it's an emergency. The law comes into effect today. I guess this person is in deep shit...:
