If you think it's easy following a bicycle race on your motorcycle with a camera man as pillion, think again. Speeds are often very slow, well below the gyroscopic effect of the motorcycle, and then when you have a pillion with a heavy camera sitting behind you who is moving, it's a sure recipe for disaster. Then throw in some rain, and you've for a Keystone Cops comedy....

Notice the problems the rider has getting the motorcycle back straight up. I'm quite sure he wanted to get it over and done with as quickly as possible.
