As I said 2 weeks ago, the French government has stepped up their campaigns against road fatalities. They have a specific website for motorcycles, but cars aren't forgotten, especially not when it concerns motorcycles.
They've got both a print and TV ad campaign currently running in France:
The slogan says "You've just forgotten your indicator .... he's just a little bit dead".
The print ad is supported by a nationwide TV ad:

The text that appears says:
- You were just driving a little bit too fast
- You were just reading one little text message
- You were just turning without indicating
...
- You have just killed him a little bit
- On the road there are no small infringements
