If you haven't planned anything for July 2010, and chances are you haven't, here's an idea for you. A motorcycle ride out is being organized that will take hopefully 1,000's of motorcycle riders from around the world, on a trip through 23 European countries. Named EuroBike2010 , the idea is to raise money for Unicef (and other charities), and at the same time, set a World Record. To set your mind at ease, they're not planning to have the thousands of motorcycles ride at the same time over the same road. That would cause major traffic jams throughout Europe.... The idea is to have individual riders, or groups of riders (like motorcycle clubs) ride their own route via pre-specified check points. So you, the rider, chose which route you'll take. The trip starts in Portugal, and ends in the UK, passing through most European countries. Sounds like fun. Click here to access the organizers site (including maps)
